Melania Trump defended Donald Trump in her first interview since the Republican nominee faced allegations of sexual misconduct, calling those accusations "lies" and saying Trump was "egged on" into "boy talk" during a 2005 tape in which he made lewd comments about women.

If you can be egged on to say violent things about women — being minimized here as “boy talk” — you shouldn’t be president.

Oh yes -- Gov. Pat McCrory also thinks Donald Trump is a "role model."

We’ve got to replace this guy. Last night, he lied during a gubernatorial debate about not passing any abortion restrictions. We know better.

Donald Trump has surrounded himself with a pasty collection of older males, mostly media executives and politicians, with a long rap sheet of marital infidelities, sex scandals and worse.

Soon after Monday night's debate, Hillary Clinton posted a video featuring Alicia Machado speaking Spanish as she describes how Trump would call her "fat" and "ugly."

We all know men who talk like this about women. The pattern of hateful comments and actions is disturbing and reveals Donald Trump’s character. But what scares us the most is when he is confronted about this abusive behavior, he only doubles down. Have you ever heard Trump apologize for his obnoxious and insulting words and actions?

Trump has showed us he has nothing to offer America except his bigotry, half-baked ideas, and the same old excuses.

And he’s recruiting longtime pro-life activists to lead it.

By embracing Marjorie Dannenfelser, Trump has made clear that eliminating women’s access to safe, legal abortion is a top priority. He still has yet to denounce an endorsement from anti-abortion extremist Troy Newman, who has said the murder of doctors who provide abortion is “justifiable.”

Troy Newman, head of Operation Rescue, endorsed Donald Trump for president today. Neither Trump nor Mike Pence have yet to comment on or renounce the endorsement.

Anti-Abortion extremist Troy Newman has called the murder of abortion providers “justifiable” and has a long history of harassing and terrorizing women and doctors.

We’re calling on him to renounce this endorsement. But judging by his past, we highly doubt that will happen.

Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence blasted Hillary Clinton Monday for her comment referring to "half" of Donald Trump's supporters as belonging to a "basket of deplorables."

Hillary Clinton responded quickly on Twitter: “If you won’t say the KKK is deplorable, you have no business running the country.”
