CLINTON - 1987-1991: Clinton served as the first chair of the American Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession. Under Clinton’s leadership, “the commission developed resources for employers and female lawyers on sexual harassment, parental leave and alternative work arrangements.”
TRUMP - 1989: Trump encouraged the death penalty for the “Central Park Five,” who were wrongfully convicted and imprisoned for years before DNA proved they were innocent. Trump ignored the 2002 exoneration and, more than a decade later, still asserted they were guilty.
