On Safe & Legal Abortion:
BURR: Has co-sponsored nearly 30 anti-abortion bills
TRUMP: Said abortion should be illegal and there should be “some sort of punishment” for women who have one
On Fair Pay:
BURR: Voted against the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act — which makes it easier for employers to challenge unequal pay and is now the law of the land — twice
TRUMP: When asked if he’d ensure women will be paid fairly, he dismissed the gender wage gap by saying, “You’re gonna make the same if you do as good a job.”
